How users navigate through a product plays a significant role in their overall experience. Before designing, planning will ensure specific user needs are being fulfilled and sketching will set the direction. From ideation to prototyping I use a variety of methods in order to get an ideal design for a system.

Understanding user needs is priority when exposing pain points. Being empathetic can open doors of exploration and showcase opportunities. With data acquisition through observation we can discover gaps and lay the foundation for a successful user experience.
